The hotel's location was perfect, not far from the main attractions, clean room, and friendly owner, the nearest supermarket, and close to lake. For dinner, we went to Biggie's Pizza, it was minutes from the venue.

I recently stayed at Casa L'Aquila in Como for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The room was incredibly clean and had everything I needed, from towels to complimentary toiletries. The apartment itself was newly renovated and had modern decor. The bed was comfortable and there was a desk with a chair and a nice wardrobe with a full-length mirror. I also loved the fact that the room had a terrace and I was lucky enough to find free parking nearby. The location was great, within walking distance to the vibrant promenade by the lake.

Mary, the host, was welcoming and flexible, making sure we had a proper Italian breakfast and providing thoughtful touches like water and snacks.

our stay at casa l'aquila was incredible! the host was so friendly and welcoming, and the room was super comfortable with a lovely terrace. the attention to detail was amazing, from the complimentary toiletries to the morning coffee and brioche. we couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate my birthday in como.

Street noise was a bit bothersome.

The host was friendly and kept checking up to make sure everything was okay. The room was spacious and the airconditioning worked well. The location was close to the lake and had a good Cantonese restaurant nearby. The breakfast offered was a nice touch.

We were not allowed to check in until 3pm, which was frustrating. The host was not always easy to reach and the street traffic was noisy.
